पूर्व मंत्री सत्यानंद भोक्ता की डिस्चार्ज याचिका पर 9 दिसंबर को आएगा फैसला

झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय में पूर्व मंत्री सत्यानंद भोक्ता द्वारा दायर डिस्चार्ज याचिका पर सुनवाई संपन्न हो गई है। जस्टिस एस.के. द्विवेदी की एकल पीठ ने मामले से जुड़े दोनों पक्षों की विस्तृत दलीलें सुनने के उपरांत अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है। अदालत अब आगामी 9 दिसंबर को इस महत्वपूर्ण मामले पर अपना निर्णय सुनाएगी।

पूर्व मंत्री सत्यानंद भोक्ता पर कॉलेज निर्माण के दौरान वित्तीय अनियमितताओं का आरोप है। इसी आरोप के आधार पर उनके विरुद्ध मामला दर्ज किया गया था। इस आरोप से मुक्त होने के लिए भोक्ता ने अदालत में डिस्चार्ज याचिका दाखिल की थी। याचिकाकर्ता की ओर से वरीय अधिवक्ताओं ने अदालत में पक्ष रखते हुए कहा कि उनके मुवक्किल इस मामले में पूर्णतः निर्दोष हैं और उन पर किसी भी प्रकार के घोटाले का आरोप नहीं बनता है। उन्होंने अदालत से सत्यानंद भोक्ता को मामले से बरी करने की गुहार लगाई।

वहीं, भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो (एसीबी) की ओर से पेश हुए अधिवक्ता ने याचिका का विरोध किया। उन्होंने दलील दी कि घोटाले में सत्यानंद भोक्ता की संलिप्तता के पर्याप्त सबूत मौजूद हैं और उन्हें इस मामले से बरी नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। दोनों पक्षों कीThe legal arguments were heard, and the court reserved its decision. The investigation revealed a scam of Rs 46.10 crore related to the purchase of seeds and agricultural equipment between 2003-05, which was reportedly done without following necessary procedures and from preferred companies.

In addition to former minister Satyanand Bhokta, former minister Nalin Soren, former agricultural secretary V Jairam, Nistar Minz, Dilip Gadodia, and others have also been accused in the case. All accused face allegations of misusing government funds and engaging in corruption. The current proceedings are crucial as the court will decide whether to discharge the former minister from the case or proceed with framing charges. The outcome of the December 9th verdict will significantly impact the course of this long-standing corruption case.
